A wooden ship built for mine coutermeasuers
12 knot was max speed. Has more pulling power than fleet tug.
Coastal minesweeper drawing 12 feet of water with sonar in the up position.
Crew of 35 of the finest sailors in the fleet.
Equiped with 4 diesel propulsion motors on two shafts. Each motor had two blowers and a turbo.
One walkin cooler and one walkin freezer.
Two 100 KW ship service generators, one had 2500 psi vickers hydralic pump for deck equipment.

Sweep generator was 10,000 amp 350 volt DC generator driven by two Solar Gas Turbines.

Water making capabilities were 1000 gallons per day.

Armed with twin 20 mm aircraft guns. Later changed to 81mm motar with a 50 cal browning piggy backed on top.

Air conditioning was put in in 1968.

Gyro compass was from Sherman Tank. Degaussing and Compass ran off of 400 cycle power unit.
